Transient Application Requirements
If you are a student from a university other than Georgia Tech, please note you must be assigned a GT ID number to use the online deposit payment system. GT ID numbers are assigned approximately one week after OIE receives both the OIE and GTL applications. You may look up your GT ID here.
Transient students applying to the Georgia Tech Lorraine Program need to complete the following four steps online:
- GTL Registration Form Fall / Spring OR Summer Program
- OIE Application
- $300 application fee
- $50 check payable to Georgia Tech (Non-Refundable Admissions Application fee)
Students will be notified of their acceptance when the above steps have been completed. Once accepted, students are required to submit the following:
- Email a digital picture (see example below) to Ms. Katia Menard

NOTE: The digital portrait-photo submitted will be used for your GTL student ID card: color picture, head shot and white background only (see example of picture).
