Fellowships

There are a limited number of fellowships available to students accepted into the graduate program at Georgia Tech Lorraine.


Michelin is offering three fellowships in the amount of $20,000 each, to students who are accepted into the graduate program at Georgia Tech Lorraine.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to all prospective graduate students in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Fellowship is contingent upon acceptance into the graduate program at Georgia Tech Lorraine, beginning Fall of 2010

Requirements

  • Students must complete one year of academic study during the Fall semester of 2010 and Spring semester of 2011
  • Following one year of study, students are required to complete an internship with Michelin during the Summer and Fall of 2011. Note, internships may be located in France or the United States

    Schlumberger is offering four fellowships in the amount of $16,000 each, to students who are accepted into the graduate program at Georgia Tech Lorraine.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Open to all prospective graduate students in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Fellowship is contingent upon acceptance into the graduate program at Georgia Tech Lorraine, beginning Fall of 2010

    Requirements

  • Students must complete one year of academic study during the Fall semester of 2010 and Spring semester of 2011
  • Students will be required to complete a research thesis on a topic of interest to both Georgia Tech Lorraine and Schlumberger
  • Following one year of study, students are required to complete an internship with Schlumberger. Note, internships will be located in France
